Product Information.

VICTORYBLOK products are handmade with carefully sourced natural ingredients. While we strive for consistency. There can be slight variations in Colour, texture, and scent, due to the handmade nature of our products.

Ingredient lists are provided for transparency, but unavailability of certain ingredients demands adjustments to formulations without prior notice. Product items ingredients list will be updated in these cases.

Hygiene and Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of VICTORYBLOK skincare and bath products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Except in cases of product defects.

If you get a damaged or defective item. Please email us within 7 days with clear photographs of the issue/s, and we will give an appropriate resolution. support@victoryblok.ca

Shipping and Availability.

VICTORYBLOK rely on third-party shipping providers. While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Some products may go out of stock unexpectedly. We will do our best to update our inventory and inform customers promptly.

VICTORYBLOK STORE INC. is not liable for any damages that occur during shipment. But, if your order arrives damaged, please inform us at support@victoryblok.ca within 7 days of receipt. We will help communication with the shipping agency to investigate the issue.
